Half Marathon Training: Week 8

This is a belated post as I was in Copenhagen last weekend but honestly I was still in recovery so my running hasn’t been great and I haven’t been able to do a long run in a few weeks. I’m still going to log my stats for this week and I’m hoping tomorrow I’ll break my losing streak and get back into my stride.

Longest Run: 6.02km

Average Pace: 8:05
